Role Overview

The Project Manager (PMO) will play a pivotal role in leading and executing complex business projects, ensuring they are strategically aligned and adhere to the highest technical standards. This position demands a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and the ability to drive projects with minimal oversight while maintaining a high level of autonomy and accountability. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and execute intricate business projects, ensuring alignment with HALA’s strategic objectives and technical standards. Drive projects from inception to completion with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Technical Oversight: Apply advanced business and technical knowledge to oversee critical aspects such as integrations, server configurations, and cybersecurity measures for payment solutions. Ensure robust and secure systems that meet industry best practices.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
• Framework Development: Develop and refine project management frameworks, tailoring best practices to the unique demands of the payments industry. Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Enterprise and other key stakeholders, demonstrating significant autonomy in decision-making. Build strong relationships and ensure seamless communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ownership and Accountability: Embrace a strong sense of leadership and ownership, making decisive and effective decisions with minimal oversight. Take responsibility for project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
