Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of design tasks that contribute to the overall success of My Brand. Your core duties will include:

• Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for My Brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Design Creation: Produce high-quality graphic designs, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, digital advertisements, and marketing collateral, that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Digital & Print Media: Design and refine digital assets for websites, mobile applications, and email campaigns, as well as print materials such as posters, banners, and packaging.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing specialists, to ensure that design elements effectively support campaign goals and enhance user engagement.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design projects, ensuring that every piece reflects the company’s values, tone, and aesthetic standards.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh, modern, and impactful elements into our visual communications.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints while delivering exceptional results.
• Feedback Integration: Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders and clients to refine designs and achieve the desired outcome.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, creativity, and versatility in both digital and print media.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and web design best practices is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
