In this leadership position, you will oversee end-to-end procurement processes, driving financial risk mitigation while fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering value-driven solutions across complex projects, from contract inception to seamless execution and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement Leadership: Collaborate closely with the Procurement Director to negotiate and optimize procurement terms within tenders, ensuring maximum value while minimizing risk exposure.
• Team Management & Accountability: Lead a high-performing team of Senior Procurement Managers, delegating responsibilities effectively and ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and organizational objectives.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle—from procurement initiation and negotiation to execution, monitoring, and closure—while managing budgets, claims, and variations with precision.
• Stakeholder & Department Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between procurement teams and department heads, aligning service requirements with tailored contracting methodologies, tendering processes, and evaluation frameworks.
• Cost & Compliance Excellence: Develop, maintain, and benchmark cost databases to inform strategic decision-making, while ensuring strict compliance with submission protocols during contract preselection and finalization.
• Contractual Clarity & Dispute Resolution: Provide expert guidance to department heads on contract terms, conditions, and dispute resolution, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and legal frameworks.
• Policy & Process Adherence: Uphold and reinforce adherence to Integrated Management System (IMS), functional policies, and standard operating procedures to maintain operational consistency and ethical standards.
