Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled One Identity Manager Administrator to join our team. This mid-level role will focus on the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the One Identity Manager platform, ensuring seamless identity and access management across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will manage user lifecycle operations, access governance processes, and workflow support while collaborating closely with security and application teams to uphold robust identity management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Oversee the One Identity Manager platform in both production and non-production environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• User Lifecycle Management: Execute user provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignments, and access request workflows to maintain accurate and secure identity records.
• Identity Governance: Support joiner, mover, and leaver activities, ensuring smooth transitions for employees throughout their lifecycle within the organization.
• Troubleshooting and Monitoring: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to synchronization, provisioning, and workflows to minimize disruptions in identity management services.
• Integration and Connectivity: Work with connectors, application integrations, and directory services such as Active Directory to ensure seamless interoperability across systems.
• Access Reviews and Reconciliations: Assist in account reconciliations, access reviews, and maintaining identity data quality to uphold compliance and security standards.
• Platform Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, configuration updates, and issue resolution to sustain platform stability and performance.
• Incident and Problem Management: Support incident, request, and problem management activities within defined service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support runbooks to facilitate knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to address IAM-related tasks and align solutions with organizational objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related administrative/support roles.
• Proven expertise in administering and supporting the One Identity Manager platform.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and provisioning principles.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, and Windows-based enterprise environments.
• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities, particularly in resolving workflow, synchronization, and connector-related issues.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, support-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customizing One Identity Manager, configuring workflows, or scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ManageEngine for streamlined service management.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance-driven access controls, including frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
• Background in supporting enterprise IAM implementations, upgrades, or migrations.

Certifications

One Identity Manager certification is advantageous. Additional certifications in IAM, cybersecurity, or related domains are highly valued.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with PowerShell, SQL scripting, and identity data reconciliation for enhanced automation and efficiency.
• Exposure to cloud identity platforms and hybrid IAM environments to support modern infrastructure needs.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), or federation technologies for comprehensive identity solutions.
