About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate resources, timelines, and milestones to achieve project objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate meetings, prepare progress reports, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance records. Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
• Problem Solving and Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Utilize analytical skills to resolve challenges and keep projects on track.
• Resource Coordination: Oversee the allocation of materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with procurement teams to secure necessary resources within specified timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the construction or AV industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
• Organizational Excellence: Exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail to manage complex projects with precision. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members across different regions.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices is a plus.
