We seek a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 to 20 years of experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) in major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading the preparation of classified estimates during project development stages, preparing and managing estimate plans, and familiarity with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) process for developing estimate cost breakdown structures.

The Lead Estimator will be responsible for preparing and reviewing cost estimate basis, including Productivity Factors, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, and more. They will lead and coordinate with project teams to develop all requirements needed for the Total Installed Cost (TIC) Estimate, and review, validate, and present cost estimate reports to management and clients. Proficiency in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage) and familiarity with SAEP-25 are essential.

In this role, you will provide guidance and mentoring to estimators, ensuring that estimating best practices are followed. Strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Word and Excel, is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is necessary, and while any nationality is welcome, Saudi nationality is preferred.
