Your responsibilities will encompass preparing pristine linens and tableware, operating and maintaining essential cleaning equipment, and efficiently transporting supplies throughout the property. Key Responsibilities

• Departmental Support: Provide essential assistance to various hotel departments by ensuring linens, tableware, and other supplies are readily available and in optimal condition for guest use. This may involve operating dishwashers, laundry machines, and other cleaning equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain cleaning tools and machinery to ensure they function efficiently. Report any malfunctions, damages, or hazardous conditions to management promptly to uphold safety and operational standards.
• Logistics and Transportation: Transport linens, tableware, and other materials across the hotel in a timely and organized manner. This includes lifting, moving, and arranging items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as performing tasks that require bending, stretching, and kneeling.
• Quality and Safety Compliance: Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards to create a secure and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues. Maintain a professional appearance, including uniform standards, personal grooming, and effective communication.
• Team Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and departments to achieve shared goals. Listen actively to concerns, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
• Physical Demands: This role requires sustained periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Candidates must be able to perform tasks that involve reaching, twisting, and maneuvering in tight spaces to ensure all areas of the hotel are well-maintained.
• Additional Duties: Embrace a flexible approach to work by assisting with ad-hoc tasks as requested by supervisors. This may include setting up event spaces, organizing storage areas, or supporting other operational needs to enhance guest satisfaction.
