We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Records & Report Supervisor to oversee all operational aspects of our medical records and reports department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of patient care through accurate and efficient management of medical records and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervisory roles within medical records, with a minimum of seven years of experience, including at least five years in a large medical or teaching hospital. A Bachelor's degree in Medical Record Science or a related field is required.

• Responsibilities include:
• Planning, developing, and maintaining a system of medical records to meet hospital goals and standards.
• Implementing policies and procedures for processing and handling medical records and reports.
• Training, supervising, and evaluating the performance of medical record technicians.
• Coordinating with physicians and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Preparing and submitting regular reports to hospital administration.

Fluency in verbal and written English, along with a comprehensive understanding of medical record documentation, medical terminology, anatomy, pathology, and healthcare statistics, is essential. Proficiency in operating computerized patient information systems and personal computers is also required.

The successful candidate will exhibit professionalism, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to understand diverse documentation styles and read various diagnostic reports.
