Credit & Collection Officer - Jeddah

As a global leader in climate solutions, Trane Technologies is committed to putting the planet first. We're seeking a dynamic Credit & Collection Officer to support our operations in the Middle East & Africa, with a focus on our Saudi Arabia portfolio.

Your Role:

• Manage an Accounts Receivable portfolio, minimizing credit risk and maximizing cash performance.
• Conduct credit investigations, assessments, and holds; manage collections and disputes; and liaise with commercial, finance, and reporting teams.
• Support credit assessment of new and existing customers, approve credit limits, and ensure compliance with corporate and local credit policies.
• Monitor and optimize collection protocols, ensure accurate cash application, and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote continuous process improvement and support the Credit Centre of Excellence.

What You Bring:

• A university degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit & Collection or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, contracting, or construction.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook, with a solid understanding of commercial credit practices and financial analysis.
• Experience working with Letters of Credit and Promissory Notes, and a good accounting background.
