Key Responsibilities

As a Workforce Planning Consultant, your core responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive workforce planning and workload analysis studies, developing staffing strategies, and designing organizational structures that align with client objectives. You will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Workforce Planning & Workload Analysis: Lead and execute workforce planning engagements, assessing organizational capacity, and evaluating workforce utilization to identify optimization opportunities.
• Model Development: Design and refine workforce planning models, including Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) calculations, staffing strategies, and productivity frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
• Organizational Design: Collaborate with clients to assess and redesign organizational structures, roles, and reporting relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, validate, and analyze quantitative and qualitative organizational data to derive actionable insights, productivity indicators, and workforce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, align expectations, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
• Reporting & Presentation: Develop executive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate complex insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and project teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions, ensuring seamless execution of projects and alignment with client objectives.
• Methodology Development: Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, tools, and templates to enhance project delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in workforce planning, organization design, or a related consulting field.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex organizational challenges and translate them into practical, actionable solutions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to convey insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, process improvement, and workshop facilitation.
• Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience in management consulting, government or semi-government projects, operational excellence, or organizational transformation will be highly preferred.
