Front Office Team Leader

Join 2P, a leading ICT solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, as our Front Office Team Leader. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our Service Desk and End User Support teams, ensuring exceptional IT service delivery and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll manage teams to meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards, monitor performance, and drive ITIL-based service improvements. You'll coordinate with other support teams, maintain our Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and support Change Management activities.

We're looking for a strong leader with:

• Proven experience in IT Service Management, Service Desk, or End User Support (minimum 5 years).
• ITIL certification and CCNP certification.
• Expertise in Microsoft End User products, Windows infrastructure, and system administration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.

Preferred qualifications include experience with enterprise IT operations, CSI initiatives, IT Asset Management, and leading large technical support teams.
