The Role of a Kids Club Attendant

As a Kids Club Attendant at Red Sea Global Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in creating enriching, engaging, and memorable experiences for our youngest guests. Your responsibilities will blend education, entertainment, and exceptional service, ensuring that children and families enjoy a blend of fun and learning during their stay. You will serve as a dynamic facilitator, designing and delivering interactive programs that inspire creativity, curiosity, and cultural appreciation. Your role is essential in upholding the resort’s reputation for luxury and innovation while fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience and Engagement

• Develop and lead engaging, themed programs, workshops, and activities that align with the resort’s luxury brand standards and values, ensuring a balance of entertainment and education.
• Utilize creative storytelling, interactive learning techniques, and play-based activities to educate and entertain guests of all ages, with a focus on children and families.
• Adapt activities to cater to diverse age groups, learning styles, and cultural sensitivities, ensuring inclusivity and relevance for all participants.
• Act as a positive ambassador for the resort, building strong relationships with guests and ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and inspired throughout their experience.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Kids Club, Spa & Recreation, and Food & Beverage, to integrate edutainment programs seamlessly into the overall guest journey.

Program Development and Coordination

• Design and implement educational programs that emphasize creativity, sustainability, nature, history, and cultural immersion, reflecting the resort’s commitment to responsible tourism.
• Plan and organize group activities such as arts and crafts, environmental education, science experiments, interactive storytelling, and themed events (e.g., holiday celebrations, talent shows, scavenger hunts).
• Coordinate with internal teams to align programs with resort events, promotions, and seasonal activities, ensuring a cohesive and memorable guest experience.
• Monitor guest feedback and preferences to continuously refine and enhance program offerings, maintaining high standards of quality and engagement.

Safety and Well-being

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests during activities by adhering to resort safety protocols and maintaining a vigilant, proactive approach to supervision.
• Monitor participant engagement and adjust activities as needed to accommodate varying needs, ensuring a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all.
• Remain knowledgeable about emergency procedures and first aid protocols, acting swiftly and decisively in the event of any incidents.
