We invite you to join our distinguished hospitality team as a Restaurant Manager at The Chedi Hegra, where you will oversee the daily operations of our esteemed restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. In this onsite role, you will lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding hospitality with a keen attention to detail, while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service.
• Leading, training, and motivating staff to provide exemplary hospitality.
• Managing budgets, cost controls, and inventory to optimize resource use.
• Handling guest feedback, resolving complaints, and continuously improving service levels.
• Collaborating with culinary and service teams to create memorable dining experiences.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Driving revenue through promotions, special menus, and upselling.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and preparing regular operational reports.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant operations.
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest service excellence.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
• The ability to work in an onsite, fast-paced environment at The Chedi Hegra.

Nice to have qualifications include:

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Experience in launching and positioning new restaurant concepts.
• Knowledge of Arabic or additional foreign language skills.
• Previous international work experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Awareness of local culture and fine dining trends.
