Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with Operations Managers to deliver tailored HR support, aligning people strategies with business objectives and fostering operational excellence.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Operational HR Excellence: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, upholding compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management: Manage employee relations matters, performance reviews, and workforce challenges with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and onboarding to workforce planning, to attract, retain, and develop top talent in alignment with business needs.
• HR Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging technology and HRIS systems to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage departmental budgets, allocate resources effectively, and support strategic planning initiatives to optimize HR investments and business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leadership, influencing key stakeholders and providing data-driven insights to support informed business decisions.
• Policy & Strategy Development: Contribute to the evolution of HR strategies, policies, and people initiatives, ensuring they remain agile and responsive to organizational and market demands.

Candidate Profile

We seek a results-driven HR professional with a proven track record in operational HR leadership and a passion for driving strategic business impact. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a managerial HR role, with a strong background in leading HR teams and delivering operational HR services.
• HR Expertise: Comprehensive experience across HR Operations, HR Services, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS, with a focus on process improvement and technology adoption.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage HR budgets, support business decision-making, and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, drilling, oil & gas, or similar sectors is highly advantageous, given the organization’s operational context.
• Mindset: A hands-on, proactive, and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive meaningful change.
