Quality in Operation Manager

Lead the implementation of an integrated management system to enhance overall performance and foster a quality mindset across downstream operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily performance review meetings and resolve non-conformities.
• Manage Problem-Solving Groups to address quality issues and follow up on progress.
• Eliminate critical problems using the PDCA methodology.
• Manage consumer complaints and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Validate quality aspects of projects and ensure implementation of quality standards.
• Promote risk assessment and 'built-in quality' in plant projects.
• Develop and manage consumer complaint tracking and analysis.
• Participate in operational excellence programs and provide feedback to subordinates.
• Implement departmental policies, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, safety, and environmental compliance.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP, FSI).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
