Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst II, Infrastructure Services, your core responsibilities will include:

Qualifications and Skills

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience: Typically, a minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience in infrastructure technology analysis or a related field.
• Technical Proficiencies: Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge in infrastructure technologies, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to operational challenges.
• Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in infrastructure services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate.
