Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Engineer at Premium Solutions Consultancy, your core responsibilities will include:

• System Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy technical solutions that align with client requirements and industry standards. This includes evaluating system specifications, conducting feasibility studies, and proposing optimal engineering approaches.
• Technical Implementation and Integration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and integration of hardware and software systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and minimal downtime. You will work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to validate system performance and reliability.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions. Conduct regular system audits, performance testing, and preventive maintenance to uphold the integrity and efficiency of technical infrastructure.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including system manuals, troubleshooting guides, and project reports. Maintain accurate records of system configurations, modifications, and maintenance activities for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Client Support and Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison between Premium Solutions Consultancy and our clients, providing expert guidance on system operations, best practices, and emerging technologies. Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and technical support.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to recommend enhancements that drive innovation and operational excellence. Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives to elevate the technical capabilities of the team.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the following competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, system architectures, and industry-specific tools. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java), CAD software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is advantageous.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify root causes of technical issues and develop effective solutions under pressure.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Project Management: Experience in managing technical projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
• Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of local and international standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, or OSHA) and regulatory requirements governing technical operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
