Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Civil Engineer at Premium Solutions Consultancy, your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Leadership and Management: Lead the planning, design, execution, and monitoring of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements. Oversee project teams to ensure seamless coordination and efficient resource utilization.
• Technical Expertise and Innovation: Apply advanced civil engineering principles to develop innovative solutions for infrastructure challenges. Conduct feasibility studies, structural analyses, and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes and enhance sustainability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, government agencies, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Present technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Uphold stringent quality control measures throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with international standards, local regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.
• Team Mentorship and Development: Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team. Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, or LEED) are highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in sectors such as transportation, utilities, or commercial development.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or STAAD.Pro) and proficiency in project management tools. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodologies is a plus.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of local and international engineering standards, codes, and regulations, including Saudi Building Code (SBC), OSHA, and ISO standards.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving project demands.
