Academy Performance & Planning Lead (Saudi Arabia)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Academy Performance & Planning Lead to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and strategic planning of our academy operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical, leadership, and operational expertise to drive excellence in educational and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of academy programs, instructors, and participants to ensure high standards of quality and effectiveness. Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for enhancement.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that support the academy’s mission and vision. Align training programs with industry demands and organizational objectives to maximize impact and relevance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to academy performance, participant outcomes, and program efficacy. Generate comprehensive reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, students, corporate partners, and regulatory bodies. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to support academy objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain compliance with accreditation standards and industry best practices. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to uphold excellence in academy operations.
• Innovation & Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement within academy programs. Propose and implement initiatives that drive efficiency, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of performance analysts, planners, and support staff. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in performance management, strategic planning, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an educational or training environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and performance management software. Strong knowledge of strategic planning frameworks and methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Additional languages are a plus.
• Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment and cultural nuances. Ability to navigate and adapt to diverse perspectives and work environments.
