Your Impact

As the District Retail Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Mango’s franchise network in the Middle East. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and execute data-driven initiatives to enhance store performance, ensuring consistent sales growth aligned with market trends and company objectives.
• Franchise Excellence: Monitor and optimize franchise operations, ensuring full compliance with contract agreements, brand standards, and operational excellence while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Merchandising Innovation: Lead the development of merchandising and trading strategies to elevate product presentation and wholesale efficiency, empowering franchise partners with best-in-class training and resources.
• Partner Collaboration: Foster strong, trusting relationships with franchise partners, serving as the primary liaison between partners and Mango HQ to align goals and drive mutual success.
• Team Empowerment: Mentor and develop store teams across the region, ensuring adherence to company policies, visual standards, and a customer-centric approach while delivering impactful training programs.
• Omnichannel Leadership: Champion a seamless omnichannel experience by integrating digital services with in-store operations, empowering teams to deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in retail leadership, equipped with the skills and passion to thrive in a multicultural, high-energy setting. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Proven Leadership: Minimum of 5 years in Store Management and 2 years in District Management, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Franchise Expertise: Deep understanding of franchise operations, contract management, and partner collaboration, with a focus on delivering results that align with global brand standards.
• Strategic Acumen: Exceptional analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences, enabling data-driven decision-making and commercial strategy adjustments.
• Communication & Influence: Proficiency in English and a natural ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving alignment between franchise partners and headquarters.
• Fashion Forward: A keen eye for fashion trends and a passion for staying ahead of industry evolution, ensuring Mango’s offerings remain relevant and appealing.
• Customer Obsession: A customer-centric mindset with a track record of delivering outstanding service experiences, both in-store and across digital channels.
• Regional Eligibility: Residency and work permit eligibility for Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East region.
