Job Summary:

• To support the delivery of cost management services on projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• To work closely with the regional cost management team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• To develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• To mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their career progression.

Responsibilities:

• Provide cost management services on projects, including cost planning, cost estimating, cost control, and final account preparation.
• Prepare and review cost plans, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts.
• Attend project meetings and provide cost-related advice and guidance.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and review final accounts and ensure timely payment to contractors and suppliers.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their career progression.
• Contribute to the development of the regional cost management team and the wider business.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in cost management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering cost management services on complex projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proficient in the use of cost management software, such as CostX, Causeway, or similar.
• Hold a valid Saudi driving license and be willing to travel as required.
