Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance team by contributing to critical projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in conducting financial analysis, preparing forecasts, and generating reports to support corporate finance projects and strategic decision-making.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation: Support the development of financial models, perform valuation analysis, and contribute to the creation of investor pitch decks to present key financial insights to stakeholders.
• Investment Evaluation: Participate in the assessment of potential investment opportunities by conducting thorough industry research, financial due diligence, and comparative analysis.
• Administrative & Operational Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to senior analysts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient project execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to deliver high-quality client solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing a CFA (Level 1 or above), CA (Inter/Final), or an MBA in Finance.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build and interpret financial models. Familiarity with financial modeling tools and software is considered a significant advantage.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex financial data, solve problems efficiently, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork is essential.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous and detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and precision in all deliverables.
• Experience: Prior internship or work experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for finance will also be considered.
