Join Damas Jewellery, the leading jeweller in the Middle East, as our Store Manager in Riyadh. We are seeking a Saudi National to oversee sales, profitability, operations, asset protection, and people management within your territory.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets and maintain store profitability.
• Ensure adherence to Damas standards and excellent customer service.
• Manage stock control and maintain 100% stock accuracy.
• Motivate and train your team to achieve productivity and sales goals.
• Oversee store operations, including timings, staff breaks, and equipment functionality.
• Monitor and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Participate in stock-taking exercises and stay updated on market trends.
• Ensure staff adherence to grooming standards and handle grievances.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and develop talent pipeline.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail and team management.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven leadership and motivational skills.
