Maintenance Manager

As our Maintenance Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader for all maintenance functions, ensuring our production equipment and support facilities (HVAC, Boilers, CO2, etc.) operate at peak efficiency to meet our ambitious production targets.

• Develop and execute departmental budgets, including staffing, spare parts, and major equipment overhauls.
• Implement effective preventive maintenance programs and ensure all site assets are maintained to the highest standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a technical team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical mastery.
• Lead root-cause analysis and process improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize productivity.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements across all facilities.

We seek a seasoned professional with a background in mechatronics, mechanical, electronics, or electronics engineering, and 5-7 years of plant maintenance or engineering management experience, ideally in the beverage, bottling, or FMCG industry. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP PM module), along with the ability to read blueprints and layouts, is essential. Exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic, are required for this role.
