Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager – Development Financial Analysis will be responsible for a broad range of financial duties, including but not limited to:

• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with Qiddiya Investment Company’s long-term objectives, ensuring robust financial health and sustainable growth.
• Investment Evaluation: Conduct rigorous financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, to assess their viability and alignment with strategic goals.
• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Create and maintain sophisticated financial models to project revenue streams, cash flows, and profitability for new and existing development projects, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Budgeting & Performance Monitoring: Oversee the preparation and execution of annual budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project development, legal, and executive leadership, to provide financial expertise and support in negotiations, contract reviews, and risk assessments.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with development projects, implementing robust controls and contingency plans to safeguard the company’s assets and investments.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement while driving professional development and engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. An MBA, CFA, or other advanced professional certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, investment management, or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial software is a plus.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term value creation.
