We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - PMO to drive the successful delivery of strategic programs through robust governance, portfolio oversight, and executive engagement. This role is instrumental in ensuring initiatives are planned effectively, controlled rigorously, and maximize value across the business.

• Oversee a portfolio of corporate projects and functional initiatives, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and managing interdependencies.
• Translate enterprise priorities into executable roadmaps with clear objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues, ensuring timely intervention, informed decision-making, and effective cross-functional coordination.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration, strengthening organizational capability and establishing scalable delivery practices.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a minimum of 8 years of experience in project and portfolio management, including 3 to 5 years in a managerial role. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. You will demonstrate deep expertise in portfolio governance, project planning, stakeholder management, risk and issue resolution, change management, and performance reporting, supported by strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Airline experience, within a Commercial or Operations function, through a period of rapid growth/expansion is highly advantageous.
