About the Role

TCS (MEA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced OpenText Admin to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless administration, configuration, and optimization of OpenText solutions, with a primary focus on xECM (Extended ECM). Your expertise will drive the stability, performance, and security of our enterprise content management systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

As an OpenText Admin, your core responsibilities will include:

• System Installation and Upgrades: Lead the installation, clustering, and configuration of OpenText xECM solutions. Execute service pack updates and release upgrades to maintain system integrity and introduce new features.
• System Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Proactively monitor system health, background jobs, logs, and performance metrics. Identify bottlenecks and implement tuning strategies to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Incident Management and Troubleshooting: Provide L2/L3 incident support, including root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues. Ensure timely request fulfillment to minimize operational disruptions.
• Integration and Configuration: Expertly configure and support xECM integrations with SAP S/4HANA, including repository creation and daily operational tasks. Demonstrate proficiency in managing user access, roles, permissions, and security policies to safeguard sensitive data.
• Directory Services and Authentication: Configure and maintain OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline user authentication and access management.
• xECM-SuccessFactors Integration: Lead the installation, configuration, and upgrade of OpenText xECM integrations with SuccessFactors. Leverage your experience in Document Management Systems (DMS) to optimize content workflows and collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with the following qualifications and experience:

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with OpenText xECM, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integrations and Document Management Systems is highly desirable.
• Integration Skills: Proven experience in integrating OpenText xECM with SuccessFactors, including installation and upgrade processes. Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Ability to document processes and provide clear technical guidance.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in OpenText, SAP, or related technologies are advantageous but not mandatory.
