Communications Manager - Lucid Motors Middle East

We're seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to drive our Middle East communications strategy, protecting and enhancing our corporate reputation, and managing key stakeholder and media relationships.

In this role, you'll develop and execute integrated communications strategies, manage executive communications, and lead high-profile project communications. You'll also support crisis communications, measure communications effectiveness, and manage communications operations.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and deliver integrated communications strategies and public relations plans supporting major corporate announcements, financial results, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
• Communications Management: Create and oversee high-quality communications across internal, external, executive, and digital channels, ensuring messaging aligns with corporate strategy and brand positioning.
• Executive Communications: Draft executive speeches, media messaging, briefing documents, and thought leadership content for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with international media, proactively enhancing Lucid's corporate reputation and profile.
• Programs and Projects Management: Lead communications planning and delivery for complex, high-profile projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders for successful execution.
• Crises Communications: Support crisis and issues management by developing holding statements, executive messaging, and media responses during operational disruptions and major incidents.
• Performance Measurement: Measure communications effectiveness and identify opportunities to continually improve communications strategies, channels, and stakeholder engagement.
• Communications Operations Management: Manage procurement, budgeting, legal, services requests, and fulfilment.
