Key Responsibilities

As an E-Commerce Specialist at Segadty, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational tasks to elevate our online performance. Your core duties will include:

• Store & Marketplace Management: Oversee and maintain our online store on platforms such as Zid or Salla, including product uploads, updates to descriptions, images, pricing, and category management. Manage our presence on major marketplaces including Noon, Amazon, and Trendyol by ensuring accurate product listings, inventory synchronization, and efficient order fulfillment.
• Product Data Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of product data accuracy, quality, and compliance with each platform’s policies and listing guidelines. Optimize product content to enhance search visibility, ranking, and conversion rates across all digital channels.
• Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to support and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and paid advertising strategies, to drive targeted traffic and increase sales.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors’ pricing strategies, promotional activities, and market trends across platforms. Analyze this data to identify opportunities and recommend actionable improvements to our e-commerce strategy.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Generate and analyze daily sales reports and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our digital channels. Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain real-time inventory alignment and ensure timely order processing.
