Fresh Graduate - HR/Recruitment (Saudi National)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations while supporting the full recruitment cycle and various HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in preparing employment offers and onboarding documentation.
• Support new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Maintain HR records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Prepare recruitment reports and update recruitment trackers.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and career fairs.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks and other HR-related activities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience in HR or Recruitment.
• Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is a plus.
