This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our platform, which serves as the backbone of our business operations.

Role Overview

The Backend Platform Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing our internal systems, ensuring that all content, data, and operational functionalities are consistently accurate and up to date. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Contracting, to guarantee that the platform meets business requirements and delivers a superior experience for our partners. Your responsibilities will encompass content management, system configuration, user administration, and continuous improvement of platform workflows to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s internal booking and management platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Content Administration: Create, update, and publish website content, including banners, pages, and promotional materials, while maintaining brand consistency and accuracy.
• Hotel & Service Management: Manage comprehensive hotel listings, including room details, images, descriptions, facilities, and pricing information. Configure and maintain transfer, visa, and other travel-related services within the platform.
• User & Access Control: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels to ensure secure and efficient system usage.
• Data Integrity & Monitoring: Continuously monitor system data to verify accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, addressing discrepancies promptly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Contracting teams to implement content updates, system configurations, and operational improvements.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to identify and resolve content or configuration issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Feature Implementation & Testing: Support the rollout of new platform features and enhancements by assisting with testing and providing feedback to the development team.
• Reporting & Data Management: Generate reports and assist with data management tasks as required to support business decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve platform efficiency, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
• Technical Support: Escalate technical issues to the development team and collaborate on troubleshooting to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in website administration, CMS management, platform administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using web-based management systems and strong computer literacy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or technology sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours
