The VIP & Hospitality Sales Senior Specialist is a pivotal role at Al Ahli Club Company, responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional premium guest experiences. This dual-function position involves selling and operating the Club’s VIP and hospitality products, including Sky Boxes, Gold, and Silver sections.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales of VIP and hospitality packages through proactive outreach, relationship building, and renewals.
• Oversee matchday delivery of all VIP sections, ensuring premium standards are met.
• Coordinate catering, F&B service, and vendor logistics for VIP and hospitality areas on matchday.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, corporate buyers, and VIP guests.
• Collaborate with the VIP & Hospitality Operations Sr. Specialist to ensure consistent quality across all premium touchpoints.
• Track and report on VIP sales performance, occupancy rates, and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and develop new premium products or experiences.
• Work with Partnerships and Marketing to integrate sponsor activations within VIP and hospitality areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in VIP sales, hospitality management, or premium account management.
• Proven ability to sell and deliver premium experiences to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Experience managing matchday or event-day operations in a hospitality environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
