Your Role as an E-Commerce Operations Associate

As an Associate in our E-Commerce Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless fulfillment of online orders through our offline retail channels. Your responsibilities will center on executing orders with the highest levels of urgency, precision, and efficiency, bridging the gap between digital and physical retail to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill e-commerce orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring customers receive their purchases in a timely manner.
• Returns Processing: Support the frontline team in efficiently managing returns, maintaining a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to team members, promoting awareness of the hybrid retail approach and best practices across channels.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Identify and report technical errors in real-time to the IT Service Desk, providing clear explanations and collaborating with the support team to resolve issues promptly.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and immediately report any shortages to relevant stakeholders, ensuring accurate record-keeping and system updates.
• Compliance and Process Adherence: Uphold and enforce omnichannel system processes and operational policies to maintain consistency and efficiency across all retail channels.
