WMS Supervisor

The WMS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily administration, operation, technical support, and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role drives operational efficiency, data accuracy, and continuous process improvements by leading training initiatives, troubleshooting system issues, managing IT infrastructure integration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Information System (MIS), Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in warehouse operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Technical Skills: Strong WMS expertise, hands-on experience with RF scanners, and proficiency in other warehouse technology and Office tools.
• Soft Skills: Proven leadership, analytical problem-solving, and strong communication abilities.
• Core Competencies: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, high attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
