Business Development Executive (Healthcare Industry experience is Mandatory)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with specialized experience in the healthcare industry to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in healthcare sales, hospital networking, and relationship management, with a deep understanding of the medical transport and aviation sectors. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare ecosystems in Saudi Arabia is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital case management teams, admission departments, insurance providers, and healthcare administrators across Saudi Arabia to enhance our service network.
• Business Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, particularly in medical transport and aviation, to broaden our client base and market reach.
• Client Engagement & Presentations: Conduct high-impact meetings, presentations, and negotiations with healthcare stakeholders to showcase our services, address their needs, and secure partnerships that align with our business objectives.
• Partnership Development: Forge and maintain strategic alliances with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to ensure seamless service integration and mutual growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including sales, operations, and customer support—to ensure smooth client onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing satisfaction.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities and mitigate risks in the healthcare and medical transport sectors.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Prepare detailed business development reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring transparency and accountability in all activities.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned business development targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth and market expansion strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Language & Licensing: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable. A valid Saudi Arabian (KSA) driving license is required for travel within the region.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in business development, healthcare sales, hospital networking, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates who have established relationships within Saudi Arabia’s healthcare ecosystem.
• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
