Key Responsibilities

• Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand our market presence in Dammam and surrounding regions, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits, indications, and usage of Jamjoom Pharma’s products to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed about our latest innovations and therapeutic solutions.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions to foster trust and loyalty toward our brand.
• Sales Execution: Plan and conduct regular field visits to healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, to present product information, address inquiries, and secure orders.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights that inform our business strategies and product development.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all promotional activities and interactions with healthcare professionals adhere to local and international pharmaceutical regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the regional sales manager on a regular basis.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on pharmaceutical trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques, ensuring continuous professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of educational qualifications, professional experience, and personal attributes. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A PharmD or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
• Proven sales track record with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
