Digital Transformation Officer

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our enterprise architecture initiatives and drive digital transformation programs in alignment with national frameworks and best practices.

As our Digital Transformation Officer, you will:

• Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture frameworks and governance.
• Lead digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Build enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Define architecture principles, standards, and governance processes.
• Lead business process re-engineering initiatives.
• Evaluate current and future-state architectures and recommend improvements.
• Ensure alignment with NORA and TOGAF frameworks.
• Lead and mentor Enterprise Architecture teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

We require a proven track record in Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Enterprise Architecture, or a related field is essential. Preferred certifications include TOGAF, PMP, and PfMP.
