• Regularly update website content, aligning with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
• Optimize website performance for search engines (SEO) and improve browsing speed.
• Analyze website traffic reports and user behavior to provide performance insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to maintain digital brand consistency.
• Propose and implement innovative development ideas to enhance the digital experience and support growth goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Fluent written English.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in website management or a related field, with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms like Zid.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills, with a keen eye for user experience.
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote position.
• A passion for research and development in the field of specialty coffee.
