Industrial Engineering Trainee - COOP (Tamheer) Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineering Trainee to join our team through a COOP (Tamheer) training opportunity. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and help students develop practical skills in operations, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making within a professional work environment.

• Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across activities.
• Monitor operational activities (store/warehouse) and report any issues.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate operational data, preparing periodic reports.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, logistics, and quality.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Eager to learn and apply industrial engineering concepts in a practical setting.
