We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team at Al Dossary Trading & Real Estate in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with our quality, health and safety, and environmental standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to manage and motivate site teams to achieve project goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating site activities
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Managing site teams and subcontractors
• Preparing and maintaining site records and reports

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English
