Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As an Accountant, your core duties will encompass the following:

• Invoice Verification and Accuracy: Thoroughly review and validate invoices to confirm their correctness, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards before processing.
• Data Recording and Maintenance: Accurately record and maintain invoice data in Excel, ensuring all entries are up-to-date, organized, and easily retrievable for future reference or audits.
• Store-Specific Accounting: Manage and oversee the accounting tasks associated with assigned company stores, including reconciling transactions, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial records align with operational activities.
• Financial Documentation: Maintain meticulous and comprehensive financial records, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• System Integrity: Verify the correctness of all invoice information prior to entering it into the financial system, thereby safeguarding the accuracy of our financial databases and supporting informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Certification: Eligibility to obtain membership with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA), demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and adherence to industry standards.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and utilize formulas efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience in accounting or a related financial role are encouraged to apply.
