We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site QC Communication Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of critical projects across the Southern, Western, and Northern Regions of Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and technical excellence in all communication infrastructure installations. As a key member of our organization, you will play an instrumental role in maintaining our reputation for delivering superior telecommunications solutions while adhering to stringent industry regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and validate the quality of communication infrastructure installations, including Outside Plant (OSP) and Premise Distribution Systems (PDS). You will conduct thorough inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure that all projects meet our exacting standards for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying potential issues, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring that all installations align with industry best practices and client specifications.

Essential Requirements

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering (or an equivalent qualification) is required to ensure a strong foundation in the technical principles underpinning communication systems.
• Professional Experience: We require a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in quality control, telecommunications, or related fields. Your experience should demonstrate a deep understanding of communication infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance.
• Certifications and Knowledge: You must hold a certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Internal Quality Auditor credential, which underscores your expertise in quality management systems and your ability to implement and maintain rigorous standards. Additionally, familiarity with the BICSI Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual (TDMM) is essential, as it provides the foundational guidelines for structured cabling and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Technical Proficiency: A strong grasp of National Electrical Codes (NEC) and National Electrical Safety Codes (NESC)—or equivalent international standards—is critical to ensuring that all installations comply with safety and performance regulations. Your knowledge of International Telecommunications Standards will further enhance your ability to deliver solutions that meet global benchmarks for quality and reliability.
