We are seeking a dynamic AI Implementation Strategist to drive AI adoption and integration across our operations and business functions, based at our Riyadh headquarters. This role involves:

• Assessing current processes and identifying AI-driven efficiency opportunities.
• Developing implementation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design pilot initiatives and oversee solution deployment.
• Conducting feasibility studies, defining requirements, and monitoring AI project performance.
• Documenting best practices, training teams on new tools, and staying current with industry trends.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• Proven AI strategy and implementation skills, with the ability to analyze workflows and define AI use cases.
• Experience in data analysis, process optimization, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with proficiency in communication, negotiation, and change management.
• Knowledge of construction or engineering project environments and familiarity with project management practices.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree or specialized training in AI, data science, or digital transformation being an advantage.
• The ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes within agreed timelines.
• Fluency in English is required.
