Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Home Healthcare Physiotherapist to join our expanding team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this full-time role, you will deliver exceptional, evidence-based physiotherapy services directly to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, designing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with patients and their caregivers to achieve optimal functional recovery and long-term well-being. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with a compassionate approach to enhance patient outcomes in a home care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Assessments: Perform detailed physiotherapy evaluations in patients' homes to identify mobility limitations, functional impairments, and rehabilitation needs.
• Personalized Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique condition, goals, and recovery potential, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Progress Monitoring & Adaptation: Regularly assess patient progress through objective measures and adjust treatment strategies as clinically indicated to maximize functional gains and independence.
• Patient & Caregiver Education: Provide clear, practical guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, safe mobility techniques, and strategies for injury prevention to support sustained recovery.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain precise, timely, and compliant records of all assessments, treatments, and patient interactions to ensure seamless continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to integrate care plans and optimize patient outcomes across the healthcare continuum.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Professional Licensure: Valid license/classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards.
• Clinical & Communication Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in clinical reasoning, therapeutic techniques, and patient-centered communication to build trust and facilitate effective care delivery.
• Independence & Adaptability: Ability to work autonomously in diverse home environments, managing time efficiently while delivering high-quality care with minimal supervision.
• Cultural Competency: Sensitivity to diverse patient needs and cultural backgrounds, ensuring respectful and inclusive care delivery in all settings.
