Canter Driver

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Canter Driver to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the secure transportation and delivery of refrigeration equipment and assets to customers across designated routes in Jizan, Bisha, Al Baha, and Mudailif. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely deliveries while strictly adhering to traffic regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to professionalism, and the ability to maintain clear communication with internal teams and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation & Installation: Load, transport, and install refrigeration units at customer locations with precision and care, ensuring all equipment is delivered in optimal condition.
• Route Execution & Handover: Complete delivery routes as scheduled, adhering to timelines while ensuring proper handover of equipment to clients. Verify that all delivery documentation, including installation contracts, is accurately completed, stamped, and signed by the customer prior to finalizing the handover.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Conduct routine inspections of the assigned Canter vehicle to ensure operational safety, cleanliness, and compliance with maintenance standards. Report any issues or required repairs promptly to the Fleet Department.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the MEM Department, Fleet Department, and Sales Team to streamline operational workflows, address logistical challenges, and support overall business objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and internal company policies to mitigate risks and ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Licensing: Valid Heavy Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant experience in transport, delivery, or logistics operations, with a proven track record in safe and efficient driving.
