Job Overview

As a Senior Organizational Development Specialist at Fathom.io, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing organizational development strategies that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and cross-functional departments to assess organizational needs, identify growth opportunities, and drive impactful change initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive organizational development plans that support long-term business goals, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Change Management: Lead and facilitate change initiatives by assessing organizational readiness, designing change frameworks, and ensuring smooth transitions to new processes, systems, or structures.
• Performance Improvement: Analyze performance gaps, conduct diagnostic assessments, and implement targeted interventions to enhance productivity, employee satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Talent Development: Collaborate with HR to design and deliver leadership development programs, coaching initiatives, and career pathing strategies that cultivate high-potential talent and future leaders.
• Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by developing employee engagement strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and initiatives that strengthen organizational values and employee well-being.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and organizational metrics to measure the impact of development initiatives, identify trends, and recommend evidence-based improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, department heads, and external consultants to align organizational development efforts with business priorities and ensure seamless integration across all functions.
• Training & Facilitation: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and leadership forums to build organizational capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a combination of advanced education, professional experience, and specialized skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or ODCP) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in change management, organizational design, and performance improvement, with a track record of successfully implementing large-scale initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and facilitate constructive dialogue.
• Proficiency in organizational development tools, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard, or Agile OD practices).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and familiarity with digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
