L&T Retail Trainer & Coach – KSA (Fixed-Term)

Position Overview

Richemont is seeking a highly motivated and experienced L&T Retail Trainer & Coach to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This fixed-term position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the professional development of our retail workforce while playing a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Training & Development: Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of retail associates, ensuring alignment with Richemont’s brand standards and operational protocols.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to enhance individual and team performance, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
• Performance Management: Monitor and assess the progress of retail staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve performance targets.
• Brand Advocacy: Champion Richemont’s brand values, ensuring that all training initiatives reflect the company’s commitment to luxury, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with store managers, regional teams, and corporate stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all training programs adhere to Richemont’s policies, industry regulations, and best practices in retail training and development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Relevant certifications in training, coaching, or retail management are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail training, coaching, or a similar role, preferably within the luxury or high-end retail sector.
• Skills:
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, results-driven training programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess performance gaps and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
