Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our retail team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation. This position demands a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of our product offerings to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Salesperson in Jeddah, you will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Customer Engagement & Experience: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Sales Execution & Target Achievement: Actively promote products and ongoing promotions, utilize effective questioning techniques to uncover customer needs, and apply upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities while meeting individual and store targets.
• Merchandising & Store Presentation: Maintain visually appealing product displays, ensure shelves are fully stocked, verify pricing accuracy, and uphold signage standards to create an inviting retail environment.
• Product Knowledge & Advisory: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotional offers to confidently assist customers and address their queries.
• Point-of-Sale Operations: Handle cash register operations, process transactions, returns, and exchanges with precision, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial protocols.
• Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalate issues to management when necessary, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with colleagues and store leadership to achieve daily operational objectives, participate in team meetings, and assist in training and onboarding new team members to foster a cohesive work environment.
• Loss Prevention & Compliance: Strictly adhere to cash-handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies to safeguard assets and maintain a secure and compliant retail setting.
• Performance Reporting: Provide timely and insightful feedback to store management regarding customer trends, inventory requirements, and sales performance to support data-driven decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of one year of retail or sales experience is preferred; however, motivated entry-level candidates with exceptional customer service skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customer bases.
• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional, responsive, and friendly service while building long-term customer relationships.
• Numeracy & Attention to Detail: Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic arithmetic with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and transport stock as needed, and perform routine store maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Adaptability & Flexibility: Willingness to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic retail setting.
• Legal Eligibility: Must possess legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
