Key Responsibilities

The Nutrition Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced nutritional assessments, personalized counseling, and evidence-based care plans for individuals and groups. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Advanced Nutritional Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of medical and dietary histories to identify nutritional needs and health risks.
• Personalized Nutrition Interventions: Design and implement tailored nutrition care plans that align with clinical guidelines and client-specific goals.
• Progress Monitoring & Plan Adjustment: Track client outcomes, analyze progress, and refine nutrition strategies to ensure optimal health and wellness results.
• Mentorship & Team Leadership: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the department.
• Protocol & Standard Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of standardized nutrition protocols, policies, and best practices.
• Quality Improvement & Reporting: Lead data-driven initiatives to enhance service effectiveness, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians, dietitians, and wellness coaches, to integrate nutrition into preventive and therapeutic strategies.
• Client Education & Counseling: Deliver impactful nutrition education and counseling to diverse populations, empowering clients to make informed dietary choices.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field, with 7+ years of progressive experience in clinical or community nutrition, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Clinical Expertise: Strong background in clinical nutrition, dietary assessment, and the development of individualized nutrition care plans.
• Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and integrate nutrition into broader prevention and wellness strategies.
• Research & Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing research, applying evidence-based guidelines, and utilizing nutrition-related tools to inform decision-making.
• Communication & Education: Exceptional client education and counseling skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences effectively.
• Organizational & Project Management: Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Professional Standards: Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and staying abreast of advancements in nutrition science.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is considered a valuable asset.
