As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for steering the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and delivering actionable insights to executives, regulators, and investors. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Reporting Leadership: Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and submission of comprehensive IFRS and GAAP financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Strategic Financial Insights: Provide executive management, investors, and regulatory bodies with data-driven financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth.
• Internal Controls & Audit Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks while serving as the primary liaison for the external audit process.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial objectives and corporate strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, we are seeking a finance professional with:

• 12+ Years of Finance Leadership: Extensive experience in financial reporting, analysis, and strategic finance within a multinational environment, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Certified Expertise: Mandatory professional certification in CPA, ACCA, or CIMA, with in-depth knowledge of IFRS and GAAP standards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or D365 is highly desirable, along with proficiency in financial software and data analytics tools.
• GCC & Saudi Arabia Focus: Essential experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, with a deep understanding of local financial regulations, market dynamics, and business practices in Saudi Arabia.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive operational efficiency, and foster a results-oriented culture.
